In return for the fees payable to the client (or by a third party on their behalf), Journey Rich Life Coaching agrees to provide the service in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

 

The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below, (In situations where a third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client). The client may cancel an appointment up to 48 hours prior to commence of the appointment with full refund to be carried over to a mutually agreed appointment, failure to notify will incur full payment. Client has up to 60 days to reschedule that appointment, the fee is not refundable. In the event you decide to cancel your services and no longer wish to use them, the fee is not refundable.

In exceptional circumstances Journey Rich Life Coaching may need to rearrange a coaching session, in these circumstances Journey Rich Life Coaching will use reasonable endeavours to provide mutually satisfactory alternative appointment for the client.

Any abuse or inappropriate language or behaviour will result in immediate termination of the sessions with no refund.

 

Coaching is not psychological counselling or any type of therapy, and should not be construed as such.

There may be occasions when Journey Rich Life Coaching may recommend to the client that they seek an alternative service more suited to their current needs. In this event Journey Rich Life Coaching will fully discuss the reasons for the recommendation with the client. It is the client’s sole responsibility to decide whether to follow the recommendation of Journey Rich Life Coaching and does not accept any liability for the outcome of any decisions the client chooses to make.

Journey Rich Life Coaching will not share or discuss any information disclosed by the client unless required by law.

Acceptance of these terms binds the client to confidentiality about the coaching process. Journey Rich Life Coaching will respect the client’s privacy and seek written permission before disclosing they are a client. All documentation and information relating to the client will be held according to the Data Protection 2018, except as require by law.
